About Me
Brittany Magee is a Northern Virginia native who has dedicated her life to sports, performance, and physical development. A former multi-sport athlete at Bishop O’Connell High School, she competed in the nationally recognized Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) and earned Varsity letters in both track and basketball.
Brittany continued her athletic career at The Catholic University of America, where she played collegiate basketball while earning her BSBA in Marketing. Competing at the college level strengthened her foundation in strength training, conditioning, recovery, injury prevention, and the mental discipline required to perform at a high level—experience she now applies daily in her coaching and personal training.
She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping athletes and adults build strength, improve mobility, and train with purpose. Brittany works with all age groups and fitness levels from youth and competitive athletes looking to stay healthy and perform at their best to adults focused on getting stronger, moving better, and preventing injury. Her training philosophy emphasizes proper mechanics, mobility, stability, and total-body strength to create durable, confident individuals both inside and outside the gym.
In addition to personal training, Brittany brings extensive leadership experience in basketball. She served as the Varsity Girls Basketball Assistant Coach at Colgan High School (2021–2024) and previously as the JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant at Battlefield High School (2019–2021). From 2022–2025, she was the Virginia Program Director and coach for Swarm Basketball, representing the state in the organization’s Mid-Atlantic division. She also serves as a Virginia Scout for Prep Girls Hoops, evaluating and covering high-level talent across the state.
Brittany earned her MBA from American University and runs her own digital marketing company, combining business expertise with her passion for athletics, performance, and community impact.
She believes training is more than just reps and sets—it’s about discipline, resilience, and mindset. As she tells her clients:
“It’s all a mind game. Believe you can, work hard, and you will achieve greatness. It all starts with YOU.”
