Team Training at United Fitness is built to develop faster, stronger, and more confident teams through structured, sport-specific programming. Each training plan is customized to meet the needs, goals, and demands of the team, because no two sports or rosters are the same.

Our NASM-certified trainers focus on improving strength, power, speed, and explosiveness while reinforcing proper movement patterns and teamwork. Athletes are challenged in a high-energy, supportive environment designed to elevate performance and help teams compete at the highest level.

Program Details

  • Designed for 10–20 athletes per session

  • Additional athletes may be accommodated with an up-charge per session

  • Programming is developmentally appropriate and tailored to each team’s sport, age, experience level, and training goals
