United Fitness offers Team Training where each sport-specific workout is catered to the team’s needs and goals. Our training primarily focuses on power, strength, and explosiveness which will vary depending on the team. Our trainers will push athletes to and pass their limitations to see them compete at the highest level of their sport.
- 10-20 Athletes (up-charge per session for each additional athlete if more than 20)
- A comprehensive and developmentally appropriate workout will be designed to meet the specific needs of your team based on their sport, age, experience level, and training goals.
