Speed + Agility Training at United Fitness is designed to improve how athletes move, starting with proper running mechanics and translating that into explosive, efficient performance on the field or court.
Our programs focus on first-step quickness, movement power, and body control through linear, lateral, vertical, and rotational movement patterns. Athletes learn how to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, and move with confidence in all planes of motion.
Led by NASM-certified trainers, sessions utilize a variety of proven training modalities including resistance bands applied to the ankles, wrists, torso, and thoracic region, cone-based drills, and time-tested speed development techniques.
