At United Fitness, our Cardio Kick classes consist of KONGA and VYPA exercises. The class workouts will have a mix of boxing, cardio, sculpting, kickboxing, and plyometrics. With only four moves per track, each workout is easy to follow and modify as needed. Instead of worrying about complicated movements, you will be able to have fun and focus on your own level of intensity.
