Winter Performance Training

This Winter, United Fitness is offering Performance Training to focus primarily on linear speed, lateral quickness, strength, power, injury prevention, and mental performance. Athletes of all sports and skill levels are welcome!

Session Days: Tuesday & Thursday

Session Dates (8 total):

  • December 2022: 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th
  • January 2023: 3rd, 5th

Times & Age Groups:

  • 5:00pm-6:20pm: ages 14+
  • 6:30pm-7:50pm: ages 8-13

Pricing:

  • $295 for all 8 sessions
  • Daily: $70 for drop-in
