After hitting a four month weight-loss plateau, I decided to join the Total Body Class at U Fitness in January 2025. My first class taught by Coach Brittany was no joke, but I was determined to break this plateau. Week by week, Brittany incorporated weights and cardio to improve core strength, power, and flexibility. I have yet to come across a repeat circuit with Coach Britt. After six months of attending the total body class, I broke the plateau and reached my goal weight!
