“The U is one of the best places to train in NOVA. The facility is nice and overall has a good vibe when you are there working out. The trainers are kind and funny, and they want to see you become better and succeed in life. I’ve gotten amazing results since I’ve started training at the U. Before, I could barely touch the backboard of a basketball hoop. Now, I am almost able to dunk- Vertimax training for the win! They also helped me in track. This year, I was 2nd in the nation for the 200m hurdles at the Junior Olympics because of the training that I received. The U has everything an athlete needs to succeed.”
